Cross Laminated Timber elements (floors, walls, roof panels) are extremely strong with the selected softwood lamellas permanently glued together in three to nine layers crosswise. This cross laminated structure guarantees dimensionally stable, rigid and slim components with excellent structural properties with an extremely low dead weight. The manufactured panels are precisely configured to our individual specifications in the factory using modern CNC machines.

The high degree of prefabrication and the flexible dimensions of the elements enable quick, waste free assembly on-site. Large panel construction helps to reduce the site programme and by installing without scaffolding can also help to reduce costs and site risks.
